If I could give more stars, I definitely would. George, Tim and Rory at AJ Chambers provide outstanding support for any candidate looking for their next role. I couldn’t recommend AJ Chambers more. I am really grateful for where they placed me. Where I am now has ticked all my boxes, it has been such a match! I’ve had contact with Lucy for a while now, when I had my first few interactions with her I immediately knew she was going to be the one to place me! She stood out to me from other recruiters! She is reassuring, articulate , attentive, patient & emotionally intelligent. She really understood what I was trying to find & my situation as I was not always the easiest to stay in contact at times. AJ Chambers provide an excellent service that makes them stand out to other recruiting companies, they are with you every step of the way finding a new role, it feels really personalized, they will also check up on you after you have started work! You are in good safe hands. I also worked with Ryan in the last few weeks of my search & he was also great! They both communicate & support you very well! They listened to any of my concerns, were reassuring, they don’t rush conversations with you & are polite. A dream team, they worked together. They aren’t just trying to make money but they want to place you somewhere you will fit well & hopefully stay long term. They keep good clients, I remember Lucy telling me they selectively work with companies that give good and genuine vibes.
