I was incredibly lucky to come across Alex in my search for a buyer’s agent as I was looking to purchase a flat in London after having moved from Australia. From the get-go, I had such a good feeling about Alex. He is knowledgeable, experienced, decisive and, notably, creative. He knows how to manage the process and people, a skill and trait that is not necessarily common among buyer’s agents. He is everything you should expect, and more!

I had some experience working with some very good buyer’s agents back in Australia. However, if I were to compare, I would say that Alex’s services were off the charts and superior in every single way. He was able to save me so much time and money, as well as stress and risk of making bad decisions. The purchase had meant to have been relatively straight forward. However, some issues arose, and it became quickly evident that Alex was not simply a good buyer’s agent. He was the perfect one.

As soon as I made my initial enquiry to him about purchasing a flat, he had already begun his investigations. He was onboard from Day 1. He found the perfect place, negotiated for a sizeable reduction in price, pushed and chased everyone involved to complete the due diligence, and when issues that came about in the legal due diligence, well, he just rolled with punches and found a solution that benefitted both the vendor and me.

Because of the nature of my work, I struggle to make time to do anything outside of work. In that case, Alex worked nonstop to see this transaction come to completion; pushing the legals forward by everyday, and updating and advising me in the evenings. He was responsive even on weekends.

Purchasing a flat can be a stressful and daunting task. Frustrating too. But with Alex in the picture, I felt like the whole experience was a breeze given the amount of work that was required in getting this deal done. My family and I are in the process of relocating from the Middle East to the UK, with very little knowledge of London as a city.
