Absolutely shambles of an organisation. Do not go anywhere near this estate agents.
There is no communication between those who work at Alexander Jacob and even less with clients.
Personal experience as a buyer - lost thousands as a result of the incompetence and lack of accountability. BEWARE

Brilliant staff. All very polite and helpful. The boss went the extra mile to make sure I got to view the property I was interested in.. I’m still interested but it’s a little out of my budget.. but that’s not their fault.

We have had 5 star care from start to finish! Constant updates on the progress of our sale helped a great deal. We always experienced the staff being very pleasant, helpful and open to any phone calls or queries we had. We definitely recommend Rods team and especially Aaron and Emily whom we had most contact with.

From putting the house on the market right through to the sale Alexander Jacob have been outstanding, I must mention Aaron who has kept me informed all the way from marketing the property through to the completion. Nothing has been too much trouble for him. He is always friendly, professional and easy to contact. I would have no hesitation in recommending the company to anyone buying, selling or letting a property. The house we sold was previously let and managed by the company and they have always maintained an outstanding service. Thank you so much for making a difficult situation very simple for me!

I am so pleased with the service we received from Alexander Jacob. From start to finish the support we received from them was impeccable. We felt like our move was important to the whole team and Aaron and Emily in particular were excellent. Calls were never missed and they would always follow through with the things they said they would do. Friendly, Informed, knowledgeable, patient (they had to be with me sorry guys!). I would highly recommend them. the quality of their work, the photos and use of the drone was above and beyond.
