We have a ten year guarantee on a badly fitted window that was put in 3-4 years ago. Window sill is not wide enough and water is getting into the bricks( survey report). After several phone conversations with ultimate and being ignored we will get a professional in and pay to have it put right. GUARANTEE NOT WORTH THE PAPER ITS WRITTEN ON. CUSTOMER SERVICE DIRE.

All New Ultimate UK have served my household well over the last few years. From complete Window insulation, Front and back to most recently four- door installation including decorative front porch door and high density security inner door and double French conservatory doors. All fitted with shatter-proof glass and strong locks. Sales and survey staff made informed choices easy and the professional crew worked efficiently with the least disruption possible. The quote included a recycling benefit and removal of all old stock/ Highly recommended.

Have had 4 new upvc windows fitted by Ultimate UK Ltd in August 2021 as replacements for ones they fitted 21 years ago which were now dated and tired. Workmanship excellent and no need to do any redecoration as the finish has left no need. Fitting team ( Rob and Dougie ) very careful and did a great clean up at the end of work. Very pleased.

Had new porch and facias fitted in 2012 by Ulitimate with a 20 year guarantee. The composite door has faded cracked and discoloured. This company does not want to know. Just by putting New in front of their name they claim it's a different company.
Well if they had any decency about them and even looked into this problem for me they might have got around £10,000 work of extra work. As we want a porch extended all across the front of the house. But we will find someone
Whose more reliable and cares about its customers. POOR VALUE POOR QUALITY NOT PROFESSIONAL. Dont use. As they dont care.
