Every time I go to this post office the lady tells me the service I request isn't available and then tries to charge me for a more expensive service. If I return later the same day and get a different cashier the service is available.
What's more, she has her partner bring her coffee and go behind the screen. Unprofessional and definitely security risk.
I think it's time for an official grevience.

Fantastic customer service today, excellent !!! I am from an local Infant School and needed to pay in our school donation for Children in Need. The "big" banks, HSBC and Barclays on Allerton Road would not accept the cash donation. HSBC does not have a "pay in" counter and Barclays just said they don't take Children in Need donations !! Thankfully, Efy from the post office gladly accepted and counted the cash for Children in Need , £583.52, despite the growing queue. Thank you Efy and staff.

Always good service from the staff even when they have had to deal with difficult customers. I go in regularly and see the people they sometimes have to deal with. They are always polite and always do their best to help even when faced with disrespectful customers who get upset having to wait in line. One of the best post offices in the area.

Narkiest post office in Liverpool. They treat you like a div every time you go in there. Went in there once to get some Korean Won changed. The lady behind the counter obviously didn't know what it was so she looked it up in a big book (?) and started giving me all this: 'You shouldn't av even taken it out the country!' Little genius was obviously reading about North Korean currency. When I pointed it out to her she just gave up engaging with me and said 'We don't av it!' And this was one of the better times I've had at this place! At least it was mildly funny!

Went to the post office with driving licence form, all filled in gust to get my first provisional licence to send form off , waited 15 minutes in the queue in this heat felt ill🙄got to the till passed the form in envelope over to the lady I need to pay £43 for a provisional licence to send the form off, she sealed it before I paid it on postal order , told her I had to pay ,she laughed at me saying we don’t deal with these forms I said these form are from here , she said I know but we don’t deal with this not trained for this then started laughing at me like I was thick , I said what do you mean you send this through the post office ,then she pull a postal order form out with a big grin on her face, after all the messing about over nothing and laughing at me like it was a big joke,I walked out went to the post office on penny lane no problems and good customer service

My son who lives in London, wanted one of those, must have Christmas toys from B&M for his 2 year old. So he asked if we could get it in Liverpool, and we did, one of the last 2. My husband had to collect it, because it was so heavy. My husband suggested we went to Allerton P. O. because it had a shop to buy wrapping paper. The man behind the shop counter, suggested bubble wrap, so we bought some and sellotape. In between customers, the man kept coming to help us, because it was so awkward. He provided the paper f.o.c, to write ✍ the address. I was really grateful for his help.
