All I would suggest people looking at Alliance is to go direct and don't let anyone get between you and them.

Since there are 4 parties over 3 cities involved, Mabel had to communicate with us in different time zones. I am deeply disappointed with the experience I’ve had with Alliance. I purchased an apartment at Vision Tower, 10-12 Whitworth Street West, Manchester, through one of their agents, believing that I was making a secure investment. However, I have now found myself caught in a nightmare.

The development has gone into administration, and I am now facing the uncertainty of whether I will ever see my hard-earned money again. Throughout this ordeal, the agent has been unresponsive and unhelpful, offering little to no support as I navigate this difficult situation.

It is clear that the due diligence expected of a professional agent was not performed. There was no indication of the financial instability of the developer, and I was not warned about the potential risks involved. As a result, I am now left dealing with the fallout of this disaster with little guidance or assistance from the agent who sold me the property.

I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business Alliance to reconsider. The lack of transparency, support, and professionalism has been truly disappointing. This experience has been a costly lesson, and I hope others can avoid the same fate.
