I wish to share my recent experience with Allianz Travel Insurance, and it is with regret that I express my disappointment in their customer service.
On 21/07/2023, my family and I encountered a challenging situation while en route to the airport. A trespass incident on the train we were riding caused an unexpected delay of more than two hours. Consequently, we missed our flight, an incident that was particularly distressing as we were traveling with our two young children, en route to visit their grandparents for an extended six-week summer holiday.
In light of this unfortunate situation, I promptly submitted a claim ( 11061812674567 ) to Allianz with the expectation of receiving assistance in covering the expenses incurred as a result of the missed flight. Regrettably, my claim was denied, and it became apparent that the circumstances were not accurately comprehended.
Subsequently, I made two additional attempts by emails (on 24/07/23 and 21/08/23) to provide further clarification and context regarding our situation. However, despite my efforts, I did not receive any response or acknowledgment from the Allianz customer service team.
This entire experience has left me deeply dissatisfied with the level of customer service and support provided by Allianz. As a consumer who places high importance on reliable and responsive assistance during challenging times, I find it difficult to endorse or recommend Allianz's services to others based on this experience.

I kindly request that you reconsider my claim, taking into account the extenuating circumstances I have outlined. I believe that a more comprehensive review of my case will demonstrate the legitimacy of my request for reimbursement.
I look forward to a timely and thorough resolution of this matter.
