Had to give this company a one star rating, which they are not even worthy of. My taxi insurance expired with this company on14th May 2021. On the 19th May 2021 £145 was taken from my account without my consent. I tried unsuccessfully to resolve this matter with this company, but it was a complete waste of time. My broker contacted them and they assured them that the money would be paid back into my account within 5 working days. A week passed and I still had no refund. My broker contacted them again only to be told that they only gives cheques as a refund. Just received the cheque today 1st June 2021, no apology given. Just glad I didn't renew my policy with this company, their service is unprofessional and extremely poor customer service.

I have a claim made and then spoke to another person from the same team a week later and they asked me did i want to raise a claim and get car picked up. It was picked up a week earlier. Also spoke to valuations and was informed what i was getting and car was scrapped and case closed.
3 weeks later get a letter asking for info that they already have as i had to send it to them to get the card valued. Seems different dept don't talk and pass info never deal with them again

My boyfriend has his van insurance with Allianz and his house went on fire a week and a half ago and subsequently set fire to his van which was totally burnt out. As his van is unrepairable they will not provide him with a curteousy vehicle, which is ridiculous! They now want the log book which was burnt out in the car and hes had to pay £25 to get this, for what?!?! The van is a shell!! As his house was burnt he has had to move address which means it will take 4-6 weeks for the log book which is holding back his claim! He is sitting with absolutely nothing to his name!!! I am disgusted with the service he has received during this difficult time. His friend was parked outside his house and his Range Rover also caught fire, Direct Line provided him with a curteousy car straight away and he has now received payment for his car! He made one phonecall and they said they would make it as painless as possible! My partner has heard nothing from Allianz and he has rang numerous times to just get fobbed off each time. I would not recommend Allianz to anyone, they are quick to take the money but dig their heels in when they are needed!!!

Within the last 7 weeks I buried my Mother had a stint put in and was diagnosed with Acute Prostatitis . I phoned Allianze for help to workout my payments as I'm a self-employed taxi driver. What a joke they are there was no compassion whatsoever just an insistence of payment. I have had to cancel my insurance loosing a years no claims bonus and I had only 2 payments left with 2 months free until my renewal. WHAT A COMPANY and WHAT A BUNCH OF WASTERS

I award zero stars (but had to submit one to get published). Does anybody actually work there? I have been trying to get my car repaired since 11th November 2014. I have phoned and written but no-one contacts me. Save time and frustration by avoiding these people (if you can get them to contact you) at all costs.

Rang today to get a quote for car insurance. Refused to give me a quote because I've been involved in accidents and told me no other insurance companies would take me on. Lies lies lies. I got insurance else where. No problem, also got quotes else where with out a problem. So what is the problem with your company. I think just can't be bothered.

My son was in America and had his laptop stolen WHILST he was on a long bus trip and the insurance we took out dodged the claim, because he'd left it 'out of hand's reach'. He was devastated, it was ruining his holiday, he felt like someone had punched him in the stomach and it was only the start of week 2 into a 3 week trip. As a last resort I got out our house insurance and there was a part called 'Unspecified Risks" (I'd no idea what this meant) so I rang Allianze, prompt response, quick ring back and you'll never believe, we got a 'like for like' cheque to replace my sons Apple laptop!!! Our faith in humanity was restored by the wonderful, kind, compassionate, professional staff at Allianze NI.

I have been with Allianz for a few years now and find everything to do with them is first class, really friendly on the phone and very helpful. They have always phoned me back when they said they would, FIRST CLASS.
