I've been contracting for Alpha housing for around six months. Always super communication/clear and concise works orders. Invoices are paid on time. Special mention for Beth who is super efficient. Giles is a wonder to bounce ideas off and a fabulous problem solver, Emmalene... always jolly and, like Beth super efficient.

Alpha housing come highly recommended by us as since they have taken over managing our properties, we have experienced a tremendous improvement in our property maintenance and especially as they took the accounts over from Blocsphere who had miss-managed our accounts. Alpha have been by far the best management team we have experienced and I would recommend their services.

"Management" company does not like to manage when it comes to arranging anything on fire door works.

Hides behind biased law and lease interpretation using sophistry to be excuse ridden revenue collectors and shirkers. Considers foam pad of a doorbell installation an "alteration" that warrants a £75 consent permissions form.

Alpha look after the outside area of our block of flats. Since they took over the management of this, whenever there is an issue I always get a reply to my e-mails within the hour ,usually within 30 mins ! Emmalene was always as helpful as she could be & now Joanna is just the same . Regardless of the issue I feel happy that I can contact them . We rent our flat but it's our home. Some people don't realise that.
