Terrible company. Tried to cancel policy and get no response to E mails. They think I will just go away. I have been trying now for almost a month. Tried ringing but told it has to be done on line. No reply yet again. Very poor service

it seems whatever your issue is it’s not covered.
i asked specific details about their regulator and the information i got was very slow in forthcoming - the person i talked to lacked experience and up to date knowledge on the most basic rights. Telling me i would be out of time for not making a data breach claim in 3 months - i know that’s not the case and refers to employment tribunals . i certainly may have to change insurance company if this is the best legal advice they can offer. i would advise everyone to check their policies and if it’s mistral they deal with then don’t hold your breath !

Awful. Painfully slow to respond to anything. Always need to phone them to get any info. Never reply to emails. Been waiting 4 weeks, still no resolution. Hope I get a payment eventually, that's all I can say. Got put in touch with them through Adrian Flux as a broker. Wont be using them again either after this if this is the kind of company they deal with. Avoid like the plague.

This company should be called a Swindling company not an insurance company. I made a small claim for a leak and guess what..? Oh in the T’s and C’s no part of the claim is covered!

If there was a 0 stars that is what they would get keep changing the goal posts becoming a nightmare to get my pay out . Girl called Gemma in the department is awful and should be in customer relations . She would be better working in a axe factory because she is as blunt as one .

Terrible company - stay away in my opinion. Extremely slow responses and lack of detailed replies. I definitely will cancel and move to another provider next

Worse company ever stay well away promised me they would sort out the problem of two policies they did instead of only one that I needed them went ahead and took out two payments plus a payment of £25 admin charges awfull company

Their preferred administrator are MD Insurance Limited, who are awful. They'll make every excuse under the sun to avoid a claim.
