avoid at all cost- just in it for the money& no one knows what they are doing, constant staff changes- 3 case mangers before Initial needs assessment was produced - the assessment was completely inaccurate, asked for amendments, which were never done - they never actually acted on my behalf but are chasing a bill of nearly £2k
avoid st all costs! i’m now with Sarah Trinder a kent based firm and I’m amazed at how easy the process is to get support

Are you are considering using this company for yourself or nearest & dearest - I would ask you to really think Very carefully ! Whilst you will be led to believe that the clients needs will be at the very forefront !! They will in-fact be at the very end of the care tree, believe me that every box will be ticked by your case manger, every course available will be given however irrelevant or non pacific to the care team not to mention the multitude of team/quarterly/annual review meetings that will be needed before the poor soul & family who needs the care gets any type of support, then the wonderful care workers who I salute will have all their loving & caring nature, compassion & beautiful caring instinct sucked out & replaced with the ACM culture !!!
Your case manager & ACM will immediately set about freeing the very biggest of budgets £ in next to no time & don’t for one minute think that the thousands & thousands of pounds spent monthly will buy the best care available for you or your loved one because the sad truth is that it will not.
The email & text message charges are astronomical & unlike anything I have ever seen, then the lovely & not so little extra costs such as travel to you for meetings (would be more cost efficient to have them picked up by limousine) then by the time you have made them a cuppa out of politeness you will then endure 45mins of non relevant conversation & once written up hey presto you are around £500 lighter with the only gain being deeper frown lines & grey hair oh & forgot to mention don’t think for one minute you can meet at their premises as apparently they are not accessible ? hmmm now that’s putting the clients needs 1st lol.
To sum up, by the time your support team has gone on every course available, amassed way above the average annual leave & then encouraged to take paid sick at every opportunity - if the stress & lack of care doesn’t kill you the cost will. You know your loved one best & never forget that - If you are able to employee your own carers/support then I implore you to do just that & your loved one will have the best support, love & care available to help them live their best life.

Very disappointing. No clear guidance to hours and costs at outset until hit with invoices for £1000s. A lot more time charged for than you would imagine the work would take. Very aggressive and negative attitude towards we the clients in a totally insensitive manner which caused my son to need mental health counselling and treatment and forced me to withdraw, £1000s down and nothing to show. I requested an internal review which resulted in them launching a personal attack on us as a family including a nasty and unwarranted safeguarding form sent in to our local Social Services which clearly was done in spite only when and because we complained.

Absolutely appaling company, had personally felt with 3 of the case managers and 2 of the senior staff and they are all shockingly biased and will bring there personal issues to work, completely unorganized and are of no help too their staff or clients.
They charge too much and have no idea how to actually do the jobs they say they will.
