It's taken us over 6 months to get to our final completion date because of various problems at the top of our chain, but every member of the team that we've dealt with at AP Morgan has been extremely helpful. The two ladies who have had the unenviable job of progressing our sale/purchase, firstly Rebecca Blake and latterly Sue Godber have both worked so hard on our behalf. They both constantly kept us updated on progress, but I have to say that Sue's super-human efforts during the final couple of weeks went "above and beyond". AP Morgan has been brilliant at selling my property. Originally I had it on sale with Arden Estate and after 3 months of no luck I have moved it to AP Morgan. Property had been sold within only few weeks! I’ve had constant updates from Kirsty, who had kept me up to date with the process of the sale and the interest. I didn’t have to call myself to check once which wasn’t the case with other agent.
Once property was sold I was handed over to Rebecca (after sales) who had been simply brilliant! She was consistent, helpful and made it happen for the date it needed to complete on.
