Apex have been of great assistance with developing and creating the service charges for one of our developments in Plymouth. They worked with us to have the end users' requirements in mind for our 21-unit block, and have provided high levels of customer service throughout.

The team are clearly experienced and professional, unlike some of the other block management companies I've worked with. They are always responsive and basically just get the job done with minimal fuss.

The most awful of experiences. Incompetent, slow and charge you ridiculous prices for admin charges then take months to do the simplest of tasks.

They are a horrendous company, absolutely do not use them. They destroyed a garden my partner spent hundreds of pounds and a large amount of time and effort on, literally reducing her to tears.

They have consistently broken contract on important topics such as CCTV (not allowed to have access on my own property), window cleaning (which got so bad you couldn't focus a camera through the dirt) and broken faith when we told them we were planting our own garden, they assured us they would leave it alone, and then didn't. (incidentally because their "gardener" just strimmed everything to the soil).

Do not use Apex. The only thing they're the Apex of is incompetence.
