I cannot recommend Martin highly enough! He assisted me with a gym membership dispute that had been dragging on for over two years, causing me immense distress. Really lovely, caring and understanding people. Stepchange were causing to many delays with my DMP so I called ARC directly and set up a payment plan which worked for me. It was painless and empowering - I just hope the Mangers know how incredible their staff are. I would recommend contacting ARC in any situation if they have taken over your debts, they have been persistently better than both my creditor and a debt charity.
