We at Triple Point have just completed on a facility to provide development funding for housing in New Malden following the introduction and ongoing assistance of Sam Monk at Archway Capital Partners. As lenders we welcome the timely and professional delivery of the required information to underwrite a deal and then the continued involvement of the introducer to 'pull' things together to help reach a common goal. Sam had a great understanding of the borrower and deal so certainly aided the process, I will be happy to sit down with him again for hopefully the next of many.
