I have been a tenant of Ardan Lettings for short 5 years. Always been correct in communication. If there has been any issue at all they have tried to resolve it. If you are a good tenant that pays their rent on time and you have never been in arrears. They will move heaven and earth for you. If you are not being honest as a tenant and you treat them with disrespect you will not get the top class service.

Dealing with this letting agent was the worst mistake I ever made. I am no longer a landlord as the experience has left me considerably out of pocket and completely lacking in faith. The company rented my property to an unreliable tenant would couldn't and didn't pay an initial deposit (bond). I only discovered this when I needed to evict the tenant for none payment of rent. They owed almost £4,000. They also filled the eviction papers incorrectly and the case was dismissed in court due to this. Money they never reimbursed. I would honestly avoid this agent.

Avoid at all costs. Was offered a flat through this company via e-mail and was asked to call them. After days of constant calling with no answer i then recieved an email sayin my application had been withdrawn. I managed to get in touch finally and they said it was because i hadnt called them. I have all the records of the calls on my phone but they didnt care. The woman i spoke to was very rude and dismisive. An absolute shambles

Avoid this place at all costs. Literally have no clue about anything. Tell you one thing one time then tell you something else later. Staff extremely rude and very unprofessional. If you are thinking about using letting agents.. DONT
