Charlie and the team at Arkwrights made the sale of our home smooth and hassle free.
From our first meeting, Charlie provided his expertise on the sale of our house and was always available to answer questions/queries. He kept us updated at every stage.
There was time pressure at the end of the sale process to complete by a certain date, Charlie and the team worked hard to make sure this happened smoothly and efficiently. They provided excellent feedback and reassurance throughout. I would have no hesitation in recommending Arkwright & Co to anyone wishing to buy/sell houses in the future…..an all round excellent service.

The team were great, the key things we really appreciated were:
1. It wasn't a sales pitch, we didn't feel like Charlie was pushing us to choose him and offered his insights and experience in a way that made us feel relaxed
2. The knowledge of the local market and potential buyers was exceptional. We had three viewings on our property before the house was on the open market because of his knowledge of who would be interested in our home
3. Communication - throughout the whole process the communication was excellent, I personally really liked having a whatsapp group to communicated quickly and informally. It gave us confidence that we were making progress even when it felt like we weren't.

Overall I can't fault Charlie and the team. Would use them again (hopefully won't need to for a very long time though!)

Charlie was extremely patient with me during my house search, and quickly grasped what I was after, and what I was willing to be flexible on, and showed me properties accordingly. It was clear that he also had a good relationship with the sellers of the house that I ultimately bought, which enabled a smooth negotiation process. Adrienne on the sales progression team was also excellent at nudging things along and being very responsive. Buying a house is stressful, but these guys made it an (almost) pleasurable experience!
