A big focus on the "lake" in the centre, although it's just a big pond with a couple of fountains and lots of Canada geese.
At time of writing this, there are lots of office buildings empty which can feel somewhat "eerie".
Marking it down because the walk around the lake is the ONLY safe walk possible; the remainder of the whole estate is geared up for fast-moving motor vehicle traffic, and the absence of or sudden disappearance of a footway is not pleasant for ordinary humans moving on foot. I'd bet that there are some people who will love this place: they have no intention of walking around and the "artificiality" will not concern them.

Terrible attitude of security to a member of public doing their legal filming as filming from public on to private there is nothing illegal about it as the law allows it and the police know it. As for trying to stop him flying the drone over the site from public. You don’t own the airspace above your sit the caa control it and they allow it as it’s unrestricted airspace on drone assist.

It's a nice location for offices. Walking around the lake is nice, especially in summer.

It's nice as there are 2 pounds that you can walk or run around with tables to eat. It's perfect for the lunch break. There is also a nice gym for the staff of the business park with courses at lunch time, perfect for people who are working around.
