Dianne was absolutely fantastic. As first time buyers, we needed a lot of guidance in regards to applying for a mortgage and the house buying process in general. Dianne was always more than happy to provide us with any advice that we needed. She did all of the heavy lifting in applying for mortgages on our behalf and the expertise that she has is incredible. Every encounter with AFFS, Dianne in particular, has been dealt with the utmost professionalism and helpfulness. From weekend emails to asking questions sporadically over the last few years we have always received such a prompt and helpful reply. Our first mortgage and recent remortgage has proceeded without fault which has largely been down to AFFS help and diligence.
