Thank you for the fantastic service we receive from the Armstrong Watson team at Northallerton! Providing quick responses to the trials and tribulations we have with our online accounting software, they're always happy to answer questions, and provide good solid advice around options for larger transactions. There's a timely turnaround for annual accounts and HMRC filing, accompanied by a useful meeting to discuss how and where improvements could be made. All in all, a great service provided by Mark Landreth and his team - I would definitely recommend them.

Make sure you get a price up front from this company. I got told on the phone it was £100 a month for my accounts.

They did two full months at the end of the tax year and a tax return. They tried charged me £750. I asked them not to do the tax return as I will find somebody else. So they charged me £440 for two months of book keeping even though it was all entered onto Xero by myself.

I was really disappointed with the lack of information provided. Never trust what is said on the phone you will get ripped off.
