You'll struggle to find a better set of people to work with when sourcing finance for your property. Simon Mullens dealt with my case - assisted by the lovely Carol.

LIED and CHEATED out of thousands.
Simon Mullens promises to deal with lenders to get the best for his clients and fails to deliver.
He is not honest and will tell you anything to make his commission. He doesn’t answer his phone or reply to email/text once he has your money.
The lender he chose changed the goalposts at the last minute which he was aware of but didn’t inform anyone until I paid him upfront and then left me to deal with on my own and lost me an investment property .
I had to pay valuation fees and solicitors costs on top of his TWO fees he charges.
Absolutely disgusting behaviour considering he is supposed to be a professional.
Refused to communicate with my solicitor to resolve the matter before I lost the property.
No contact with me at all because he knew that he had messed up and now refuses to return any money
