Been going there for a year now for grocery shopping. Brilliant customer service from each and everyone in the store. Especially, Rob and everyone on checkout counter goes an extra mile to help customers with any assistance they need. Definitely beating the competition when it comes to customer service. Always have great deals too.

It is very good for me that it is close to my house. The interior is very spacious and beautiful. I recommend it to everyone. The prices are very affordable. I also thank the employees very much.

I work for Asda as an online delivery driver popped into this shop with all my work clothes on parked in the car park in a big green asda van and this shop (one worker) refused to let me use their staff toilets. Disgraceful

I called into asda at wansbeck today to get a few items 1 which was a pizza priced at £2.50 .. I didn't realise until I got home and looked at my receipt to my horror I seen i was charged for 2 pizzas but I only had 1 .. it would of cost me more in diesel to go back and complain.. times are really hard these days and asda charge you double for items... it pays you to check your receipts ppl before you leave the store because its hard to prove when you get home ... enjoy my £2.50 asda thanks alot ....... better staff training me thinks I won't be shopping there again money is to tight to just give it away

Lovely little store and the majority of the staff are very friendly.
After today, I would really like to give a shout out to a staff member, who's name I think is Carl.
My son fell over due to sugar being split on the floor, but not enough to notice it straight away.
I reported it to a member of staff who just shrugged and stood there looking at me as if I had told her Christmas was cancelled.
Another member of staff came (Carl) and he noticed my son holding his leg, he proceeded to ask my son if he was okay and was very apologetic. He then gave my son a voucher (£1 which is a lot to a 4 year old) to spend on whatever he wanted. He then cleaned up the sugar and was very friendly throughout.
I told him I wasn't trying to make a fuss, I was only looking out for other shoppers and he totally understood saying "we all have to look out for each other" which is a refreshing attitude to have nowadays.

I have always used this little store, mainly for convenience with living close, but now it has definitely ranked in my top favourite shops!

This is the worse Asda ever, lack of customer service, unhelpful personnel, you will be waiting for hours until some staff come and prove your shopping on the till, without apologies, they usually turn their face around to not ask for help ing customers!!!!!! there are lots of damage products on the shelves and when you accidentally buy them, they don’t exchange or refund your money !!!!!!!!
I bought a hair color which was damaged when I open the box, and missing a part (inside conditioner) they didn’t accept to refund or exchange it, (just after one day), I bought it with my bank card but didn’t have the recipe, the cashier talked to me so impolite!!!!!!!!!!! And I’m really offended, never comeback there again.

The other day I wanted a pocket of cigarette, i am 40 years old and old enough for not being ask for an ID, anyway cashier ask for it, I didn’t have my ID with me I asked if they have the brand I wanted I would go home and bring my ID back, she admitted they definitely have it, guess what after 30 minutes I went home and back to the store, she said they didn’t have and they never had it, it was a mistake!!!!!! And didn’t even apologise ‍♀️‍♀️‍♀️‍♀️ I hate this store.
