+ a gas station(pereol and diesel) at adfordable price. Huge parking minimum ,stay 3 hours

Good selection of food and non-food products. Plenty of parking. Sometimes there are big gaps in stock. The store needs a good clean as it can look messy.
Self checkout tills are annoying as they constantly need an assistant to help. The problem is exacerbated if you have a
very big amount of shopping as the tills and packing area are not fit for purpose. You have to rearrange and balance your bags as the weighing device cannot cope. Today some of my products fell on the floor. Also it is difficult to lift heavy bags from the lower height of the packing area into the trolley.
Some staff are conscientious but some unfortunately are not. Today the assistant was looking at her phone and wearing headphones. I called twice to no avail and had to leave the till and walk to the end of the section to request her help. I had to get help at least 8 times. No apologies were forthcoming. It takes so much longer than it could to process all the shopping and pay. There are only 1 or 2 manned tills with long queues whenever I visit during the day.
Management need to be more proactive in ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for customers and a better work environment for the staff.

No signs what-so-ever to aid you where to drive in to reach the car park so you end up going around and around till you give up and drive through the petrol station. Sandwiches are not inside but only outside so have to queue twice...

Asda is a great place to shop for all household items and accessories.
There was ample parking spaces and a lot of electric charging bays. There is fresh fruit, veg, clothing, home wares including candles, fragrances, stationery, back to school accessories as well as breads.

Though some shelves were empty - I could see staff stocking them up.

There is also a range of frozen foods, a large selection of wines, spirits, beers and carbonated drinks and water.

The fresh bakery has a choice of breads, cakes and pizzas made to order

All in all a good shopping experience with cheap and reasonably priced options.

Picked up a bag of Catsan from the shelf, multiple bags were there and there was a price label clearly in front of it with no other price that stated £9.50, scanned at £13.50, took 3 members of staff to go check and still got told to go take a picture of it to show them even after 1 of the staff members confirmed they priced incorrectly… if you display a price for an item, by LAW you have to match that price. Especially if the description matches. Apparently all 3 members are unaware - management may need to train their staff to work in line with rules and regulations. Left everything I wanted to purchase.

All that ‘soft plastic’ packaging that says “recycle at large supermarkets”…. They don’t take that! Zero provision for recycling the stuff you can’t recycle at home!

Also, nowhere near enough checkouts open! Huge long lines stretching the length of the store to try and pay. Plenty of staff wearing ‘happy to help’ tops, but not enough sat on the checkouts!

there coffee are poison I think I buy lots of coffee from Asda Hayes and this coffee gives me heart beats abnormal means pain with beats but I buy from Waitrose 3£ coffee is amazing there coffee nascafe Costa and gold all are either expird and they changed the date on the tin or they been watching me when I do groceries shopping they watch they take pictures what I buy then they planned to hurt me to makit like a accident I just feel sorry for there sick minds anyway and not much words to say to this Asda Hayes there machines at check out are really pessing me off its the IT team and rewards team r responsible they needs to improve there rewards systems and machines programming shouldn't be any restrictions on butcher's when paying by rewards that you get after years and years shopping some pennies from this Asda I think ? the owners will be losing there yearly profits then no point having chain businesses when end of the years Asda in lose in profits not pennies but in millions anyway it's a nightmare with check out machines I suggest IT team and rewards teams has to be honest and do more to provide instead
