I came into store yesterday 17/2 to collect some euros I had ordered online and was informed that I had entered the wrong date for collection and they wouldn’t be ready until the 23/2 which we would of been on our holiday already. I couldn’t fault Yamini she was fantastic, told me not to worry and if I could return today she would have them for me. I would just like to say a big Thankyou and what an absolutely lovely lady you have working for you.

Yamini made the experience difficult which it didn’t need to be. I ordered euros for collection today so go in at 12.15 and no one there as on their lunch. Then comes back and says currency collections for online are after 3pm, I ask so don’t you have any euros and was advised yes but it should be after 3pm, why’s it do difficult to just do the transaction and say thankyou, goodbye and then wanted me to spend more than I already had online. Didn’t like her attitude at all.
