Ashwick insurance are the absolute definition of a bad business not helpful in the slightest bad rip offs and purposely delay your claim until you threaten with legal action can say I got a pay out but will say I spent more trying to personally sort there shit for them 3 trips from Liverpool to Essex an ex amount of time spent out of work absolute waste of time don't use these insurer's completely an utterly useless

My Caravan was damaged in Storm Arwen 8 weeks ago. Ashwicks were appointed to deal with the claim. I have received no updates from Ashwicks and have had to chase Ashwicks and a 3rd party loss adjuster for information. However despite my efforts there has been no progress other than to say the van is repairable. They have not had estimates and have not taken any further action to mitigate the damage so the van is now riddled with damp. The customer journey is key to good service and I can honestly say this is by far the worst customer experience I have had the misfortune to have received. My referral to the FOS will hopefully prompt you into action.

This company undervalues your claim to get it under the excess so they don't have to honour it. They represented a company I've been with 6 years and 6 properties.. I shan't be renewing with them. My one and only claim in 6 years. 2 words.NEVER AGAIN.

Ashwick has dealt with my claim quickly and been very helpful and efficient. Trevor who dealt with my caravan flood has been very responsive and has been excellent in putting my mind at rest as I found the whole flood very stressful

I can honestly say I’ve never dealt with such unprofessional people before in my life I’ve had to chase them and my caravan is still not right after 8 months and had to pay for some of the work myself I had to buy another caravan to put against my caravan because I was told if it got broken into again I would have to claim again discussing company

Probably the rudest ignorant people I've dealt with in my life a Mr Trevor b Jones and an ignorant female assistant sat right next to him screening his calls, after serving many years in the army, I cant ever remember even a Sargent major speaking to me that way,
I helped settle a claim for a 72 year old man who received a stolen caravan from me, I paid ashwick £1500 to settle a claim as I had originally bought the caravan not realizing it was a stolen caravan,
Now I'm trying to get help and information to retrieve the £1500 from the person I originally bought it from,
And they are very rude and unhelpful,
Luckily I record the conversation
No doubt they will put a reply to try and make it look like they tried to resolve it, but like all these companies the second you tell the truth all of a sudden the director sends you an email, had I not put this review no one would have bothered there backside....
