I will be truly honest and say that initally I didn't trust the process. How wrong I was! Keelan and Audrey are a fantastic team and remained professional throughtout the whole claim.

The insurance company wanted to offer us a fixed sum but Audrey and Keelan managed to triple our final settlement. They are both extremely patient and provide the knowledge and expertise to guide you through what is ultimately a miserable experience.
