I would highly recommend Aspray, and this for several reasons. One of the reasons being a franchisee of Aspray - central and West London - and my positive experience in this business where constant support is provided and where success is achievable (with dedication and commitment of course!) The other reason being an amazing service that I got to experience on my own way before I veer heard of “loss assessing”. I was 7 months pregnant when my newly decorated baby room got damaged by a leak coming from my neighs bathroom, creating stress and worry to my already over dramatic hormonal self. My builder introduced me to this “company that could take the hassle away of your insurance claim” and they did indeed! I got my fresh new baby room just in time for the new arrival and bought in a few months following this event into the franchise myself. Thank you Aspray for this experience and continuous support!

Contacted Aspray to enquire about a potential claim. Fantastic service from Darryl who took the time to discuss the issue, had a surveyor around the corner so they popped in to take a look within 30 mins of talking to them. Gave a honest review and decided it was not worth claiming. So nice to deal with a company that is not just trying to sell you it's services, and actually listens to you. Kylie, Gill and the equally lovely workmen at Aspray were our guardian angels. We had a mini flood in our hall after a so called 'Plumber' changed a radiator that resulted in the escape of water. Meaning the floor that continued into our lounge had to be replaced, along with a door, skirting boards and wallpaper. We didn't know where to start with claiming from the 'Plumber'.
Someone recommend Aspray to us. Well, I couldn't believe it when I phoned them and Kylie answered. She told us not to worry, she would visit our home and take it from there. That she did, along with another lady Gill. They took over the claim and sorted everything. I was kept up to speed with emails and phone calls at every step. Aspray took all the worry away from me. I now have a new floor, new door, new skirting. All decorated and finished. The workmanship is fantastic. I can't thank Aspray enough for what they have done. I would recommend them 110%. Following a burst pipe at my grans property, she was left with damaged flooring, carpets, furniture and certain aspects of the bathroom.
I appointed Aspray to help manage the claim and I have to say, they made the whole process so easy, everything was done for me. They dealt with the insurer and their loss adjuster, the appointed all the workmen and coordinated everything for us. All we had to do was choose what we wanted to replace what was damaged.
They communicated everything to us throughout so, we knew exactly what was happening and best of all it was a free service.
