If I could put no stars, that would definitely be more appropriate. Absolutely rubbish. It is a shame really, because the people who actually own the property that we rented will end up having to spend a fortune. Damp in nearly every room. Mould. Leaking windows. Slug trails on carpet...The property was also freezing, probably not a lot APM could do about that, but...We couldn't use the fire because the flames were green. We got in touch with the council and environmental health, and APM replied to them by saying we never made any complaints. Absolute rubbish.

Problem almost from day one.

House full of damp (Thick Black furry mouldy Damp) ended up in hospital with chest problems, Letting agent done diddly squat.

Complained to the council and Letting Agent evicted me, probably the best thing they ever done because tests on the mould come back that it was dangerous.

Avoid this company like the plague.

Really good company and very helpful gents who run it, a very good intermediary between landlord and tenant - you're kept informed and in the loop. Can not fault over the last few years
