We had an awful service from Assets sphere, ended up after thousands of pounds and poor advice being an Invalid application 8 weeks into submitting. Back in March we raised concerns after such poor input from a pre-planning meeting which we challenged, we were reassured that they could continue to manage the application and again after investing thousands of pounds we have come out with nothing, but debt and being back to square one. Even our architect raised concern, as application was Invalid and with poor communication and lack of advise I complained and requested money back, to which I have been told I’ll owe them no more however they are not obligated to refund any money. We’re we’re advised by Assetsphere to do research into other developments in area however planning officer did not want to hear as each application is taken on own merit, in response to complaint Assetsphere admitted this yet will not refund me for time we paid for them to do this pointless exercise.
Absolutely shocking I don’t want any one to loss what we have lost and go through last year of stress to come out with nothing. We made it clear to them that we had no knowledge in applying hence we used them but to be honest with mistakes they made I could have done it myself and be financially better off.
