I just want to say a HUGE thankyou to Tiana at ABT she has made what I thought would be a stressfull process but she made it so seamlessly easy, she made sure i understood everything and I was happy with the outcome no matter how many times I needed to ask questions to understand more in depth, tiana was lovely, understanding and just impeccable. I have used ABT for all of my insurance purposes for my beauty treatments I offer and been with them over a year and will definitely be staying and that’s all because of the great customer service from TIANA!

I’ve found ABT have been a wonderful company to deal with, their staff are all extremely helpful, and have really gone above and beyond for me in the time I’ve been registered with them. Megan Cole on the team kindly checked over some courses I was interested in to make sure that they were at the right level to be covered under their insurance, which meant we had a fair bit of back and forth with her looking at different courses for me. I thought this was a really kind gesture and shows that they really care about their customers! I’d definitely recommend ABT if you’re looking for insurance, and the membership includes lots of extras as well!
