Austins were fantastic from start to finish. Always in communication, quick responses via email and telephone. Sold our house twice! Found us land to build then sold the house we built too! Simon and his colleagues have been excellent, providing valuable advice, working efficiently and continually chasing other parties to get the job done. We built up a good relationship, particularly with Simon, who is friendly and didn't even mind when he often couldn't get me on the phone, because I was out with the dog!
