Had an accident 3 weeks ago given everything to auto logistics. They said we ll take your claim it was non fault and after 3 weeks i have called then to know about claim they said we tried to call you because we are not taking the claim because its not too much damage on the car but they never called me and car needs bumper repair door repair and they are saying its minor. I wish i could give them less then 1 star thats what they deserve

If I could give zero stars I would "specialist in non fault claims" put a claim in for a non fault crash which ended up in my partner's car being written off. Spent night in hospital and wasted 2 days trying to get a hire car. Asked for every document under the sun. Gave them it all. Still no phone call back. I was always phoning them back only to find out that their not taking the case on because the other party "are not claiming responsibility" so therfor the case is closed. Whole point of these places is to fight your case as they are in the wrong but are not interested. Don't waste your time with this Mickey mouse mob. Look else where all they will do is mess you about and go in circles only for them to reject your claim. Pure cowboys

I had a car accident 3 weeks ago that wasn’t my fault, which left my car being badly damaged.
ALS were my allocated company by the Insurance to look after me and any issues with the car.
Their service is excellent, I had a similar standard courtesy car with in 2 days, and their communications both by phone and email have been spot on.
Unfortunately my car has been written off, which starts all sorts of issues that need resolving. Its a situation I have never been in before, but again ALS have been on point and helped all the way through the process of costs, who you need to talk to and what to expect from these contacts.
I cannot recommend ALS enough.

ALS were great, after starting my claim on a Friday my car was picked up and a hire car was dropped off the next day and my car was returned to me a week later in brand new condition. After the initial phone call where I was a little unsure all my worries were put to ease and everything was dealt with by ALS. Cannot recommend these guys enough, Thanks to Charlie and the team!

I would highly recommend Auto Logistic Solutions from start to finish they handled my case in a very profession manner. I was involved in a collision on the 15th of July I got in touch with A.L.S on the 17TH of July a hire car was delivered to my house and throughout the process of the repair I received regular updates on everything that was happening. I received my car back on the 8th of August in first class condition repairs carried out by K. JAMES & SONS couldn't be happier.
