Lovely guys that work at this establishment. I was crashed into and the party at fault came to Auto400 to have my damage fixed. They supplied me with a courtesy vehicle during the repair. Whilst being repaired I also asked for them to service my car and were helpful to let me know that my clutch is on the way out and my front breaks pads will need changing soon. Highly recommended 👍🏻

I've only had great experiences with Auto400! They have been very welcoming and helpful with my MOT, making sure I am comfortable while waiting for my car. The waiting time was very speedy and they kept me well informed afterwards. I would definitely recommend using Auto400 for car services!

My son recommended this garage to me. I was really impressed by their professionalism. Good customer care from all staff both in the office and in the workshop. Excellent service on my first visit and was made to feel very comfortable and relaxed in a well equipped waiting room whilst they worked on my car. The mechanics were very helpful and apart from the work they had to do on the car, went the extra mile by helping me discover the use of some of the settings and functions as it was a newly acquired car. I found the staff quite friendly and honest and will definitely use them again.

I am reposting my review as the original one did not do justice! We have been taking our car to Auto400 for the past 4 years. Every time we are met with a warm, friendly and down to earth team. The level of service is fantastic and in a timely manner. All work is clarified beforehand, so no hidden charges or surprises. I would highly recommend anyone living locally to give Auto400 a try for all your vehicle needs and maintenance.

Very pleased with this garage. I really RECOMMEND it because the mechanics are very qualified to do their job properly.
I took my car to another garages and they quoted me 3 times more expensive and they still couldn't find the right issue and kept my car over 1 month so I decided to take my car from there and to bring it to Auto400 garage.
I had my Vauxhall Astra repaired with Auto400 garage for a very good price in less than 2 days. Would RECOMMEND this garage very fair, honest and nice people.

They are great! Friendly and professional staff, very knowledgeable mechanics, managed to source a much cheaper second-hand part at my request. Total price much cheaper than I was expecting. They were open between Christmas and New Year - difficult time to find an open garage. To top it all they gave me a courtesy car at no charge to keep me on the road whilst my car was fixed - truly first class service, will be returning.

I was faced with a £3,000 + repair bill from a recommended garage for a minor scratch and dent to the bodywork of my new Porsche. Auto400 provided excellent customer service from the time I called for a quote to returning my car at the end of the day. They collected and returned my car on the same day I contacted them. It had a full service and MOT including a new battery and I was kept well informed of the costs along the way. I would definitely recommend them.
