5 star service from start to end. I cannot rate this warranty company highly enough. I do not understand why they are rated low as they are one of the best warranty companies in the UK.

They fully repaired my families Jaguar F Pace S which needed a full engine rebuild. All covered under the platinum warranty plan.

again a full engine rebuild was all covered under the platinum grade warranty plan.

Now with all warranties, they are obviously not going to pay everything but I think they are very fair and the gentlemen I dealt with were all absolutely top chaps who were very fair. Polite, not once antagonistic and at the end of the day did their best to protect their business and myself as a customer.

I won't say it was an easy thing to do to get this repaired as that would be facetious, but it was absolutely fair and they are absolutely willingly to work with you as a customer to look into and repair any issues. The only thing I paid was private diagnostics to prove the issue. This was a small cost I was happy to pay initially to get the claim moving.

I cannot rate you highly enough and thank you enough for your amazing service.

I bought the platinum grade warranty on the Jaguar which we purchased second hand. It came with the autotrust warranty and we continued to renew the policy each year. It was not exactly cheap, we paid nearly a grand a year in fees but at the end of the day it was worth every penny.

I would reccomend buying the best quality plan you can afford. Get as much protection as you can, and ensure your car is well maintained. Don't skip oil changes and make sure wear items are replaced regularly.
If you do the above. You will be well placed for recovery should the worst happen.

If you purchase any sort of cover from this company, whether directly or via your dealer, don't expect a quick response if you subsequently wish to cancel the cover after selling the car. 3 year cover (£1000+) cancelled after 2 years and it takes 28 working days, NOT 28 days, to sort out the refund. After 7 working days; nothing done according to Autotrust Customer Service. I was promised an email within 2 or 3 days to confirm the amount to be refunded, but nothing arrived. Not surprising with the lack of any work on the matter.Don't seem to understand why I want my money back so quickly! Even the DVLA refunded my car tax within 4 working days! Why is customer service, in general, going down the pan. Maybe too many job cuts and young , cheap, poorly trained, labour in place?

AVOID. They make out the warranty is some special package. However, they refused to pay out for my van today. I had a coolant pipe leak which apparently was caused by rubbing against a bracket. So because the pipe did not just magically break on its own they do not cover it.

The magical cover they seem to advertise definitely isn’t what they deliver.

Basically paying for a warranty where not even the simple things are covered, I dread to think what would happen if something serious had gone wrong.

Do not use this company they are shocking! Firstly I sent over pictures of the damage and straight away they refused it saying it was larger than 30cm. I had to take a picture with measuring tape to show them it was well within the limits. I’ve waited months for an appointment, the guy doing the work never showed up or even contacted me to say they wouldn’t be coming to fix my car. So I’ve spent the whole day in the house a week before my wedding, had to arrange child care for my 4 month old baby and have the day of work. This company is disgusting and Nathan needs sacking!!

Took out a 3 yr alloy and cosmetic insurance policy. 17 months later tried to get one of my alloys repaired, submitted claim on-line, no/one contacted me, sent another email, no response, made 4 phone calls where I held for an hour, on the first 3 I was eventually cut off. On the fourth call got through. Explained that I had submitted all photos and claim on line, to be told that they hadn’t received any submission on line. The agent then said she would do a manual claim for me, she said I would receive an email and to re-submit my photos. Guess what!!!! No email arrived. I would never take out this insurance from a car dealership again. Very expensive and not worth the paper it is written on. What is laughable is that it says you can make unlimited claims. I haven’t even been able to make one!

This warranty from this company isn’t worth the paper it’s written on - AVOID!! I have been refused my claim even though the manufacturer of the vehicle has stated categorically on several occasions that the faults on my car are manufacturing faults NOT DRIVER STYLE OR GENERAL WEAR AND TEAR!!! However Auto Trust’s ‘expert technician’ disagrees and have now left me with a £7000+ bill on a car I’ve had only 10 months. Absolutely disgusting and judging by the overwhelming amount of negative reviews on here I’m not the only one in the same boat. Safe to say I am now pursuing legal action against Auto Trust and the dealership who sold me the car.

AVOID THIS COMPANY. I paid several hundred pounds for a cosmetic repair policy and when I came to make a claim they said they didn’t cover the body panel I was trying to claim for and the damage was “too severe” - this was in response to some light stone chips. I have attached a picture of my claim to show what this company will not repair. How can they call this damage severe?

I jumped through hoops to claim for minor damage to my wheels. I was asked to take multiple photos. Did so, then take more photos, did so. Then to take 3rd set of photos with a ruler in the photos. Did so. Submitted them, and was told case closed but no one responded. Company have not responded to any of my further contact. Over £200 insurance I have not been able to claim appropriately on. Complete scam!
