Plenty of time to view this vehicle and others, made time to collect this car from their compound just down the road.

This is our 2nd car from there now and I have no issues returning time and time again, the car was thoroughly cleaned inside and out on both viewing day and collection a few days later.

It's not surprising they are still in business after so many years, I used to play in this area as a child and they're still going strong now, thank you again Avalon Motor Company.

Can’t recommend Avalon enough. We had such a positive experience getting our new car thanks to Matt. We’ve looked at cars at other places in the past where we found them to be very pushy and borderline rude, however it was completely different at Avalon. Matt let us have time on our own looking at the car and to test drive it. He was very helpful and kind with any questions we had and the process was so easy stress free! I honestly don’t think we would go anywhere else in the future!

The worst garage sales.

Found the car on autotrade, rang to book a view on Saturday. Went on a test drive and then sat down to discuss the deal. They offered me less than £300 as part exchange when the market price is £2000.
Finance was denied first time and they rang me to offer a different financing at higher rates which I asked to be sent via email so I could have a better understanding. The salesman said He would be off until next Tuesday and explained about the £500 deposit to secure the car which I accepted but they never gave me any bank details or any other information despite my insistence.

Called this monday just to check what’s going on and someane answered and reaffirmed that the car was there and they would call me later with more details.
At 4pm I rang the last time since no contact from the garage and surprisingly the car was SOLD in the same morning by a different seller.

This was by far the worst experience ever, they are scamming people offering higher interest finance while my credit is good and even my bank offered me a better deal.
I wasted my time and money travelling from Bristol for nothing it looks like if you don’t accept the finance or not a cash buyer they won’t sell any car to you.

I’m so glad I was recommended this garage. They have been the best garage I’ve used!I’ve had some rubbish experiences with other garages and they have returned my faith - I know they are trustworthy and do an excellent job. Their customer service is absolutely fab and as a woman I don’t feel intimated like I have in other garages! I travel from Wells to Glasto and will continue to do so even if I move further away!
