ACHTUNG: Unbedingt Finger weg davon!!!
Mich hat vor mindestens einem halben Jahr ein Aktienbroker-"Berater" von der Brokerfirma Backofficeinvestor (H. Bolz) aus England u. Holland angerufen (cold call) u. seither immer wieder mehr gedrängt (teilweise mehrfach täglich) angeblich sehr profitable Aktiengeschäfte durch seine Kenntnis über ihn durchzuführen. Zuerst zeigte er mir börslich notierte Aktien, die sehr guten Ertrag gebracht hätten. Als es dann darum ging, dass ich einsteige, empfahl er mir außerbörsliche Aktien, die er bei einer Kapitalerhöhung außerbörslich ca. 35% unter dem Aktienwert beschaffen könne. Hier sandte er mir perfekt gestylte aber sogenannte Fake-Aktienanträge, die ich dann per Überweisung auf ein geschickt gefaketes Konto (angebliches Treuhandkonto) bedienen sollte.
Wer hier überweist sieht weder das Geld wieder noch die angeblich gekauften Aktien!!! Denn die Kapitalerhöhung wurde durch die Aktiengesellschaft bei meiner Recherche nicht bestätigt. Des weiteren werden Aktien bei Kapitalerhöhungen fast ausschließlich nur an die vorhandenen Aktieninhaber ausgegeben!!!
