The staff at Mansfield Woodhouse branch were simply brilliant, from my very first meeting with them until finalisation of the sale.
I was fully informed throughout my journey and felt completely supported at all times.
Staff were always available and willing to answer any queries. They constantly kept me updated and were polite, professional and approachable during every interaction.

A very special thankyou to Reo, Simon and Niall (who's now left) as they most certainly went above and beyond to help/support me. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them and they explained things in a way that was easy to understand, no matter how many times I needed to ask. Reo and Simon are an absolute credit to your team and deserve recognition.

Am very grateful for Simon, Niall and Reo at the Mansfield Woodhouse branch for helping me sell my late parents' home. What can I say! Absolutely amazing experience with all staff members; Reo and Niall, both very professional and friendly, but most importantly, Simon Massey who has gone above and beyond for my mother-in-law while selling and buying her properties recently. My mother-in-law has needed alot of support as we live approx 160 miles away and she has health issues. Simon was absolutely wonderful to her and I would highly recommend their services to anyone.
