I have recently placed my parents property on the market with the Rayleigh branch of Bairstow Eves and although it hasn't sold yet I felt compelled to share my experience so far. From the initial call I have been treated with compassion and understanding as it is such a difficult thing to sell your family home. Peter initially dealt with everything but has now moved on but Gracie has been helping with the sale and has showed real enthusiasm for the house and has kept me updated regularly by phone and email which has been great, she tells me what she is doing to make the sale happen and updates me straight away if she speaks to any potential buyers, she is a real credit to the branch. Claire and Emma have been really helpful, professional and friendly when I have visited and Caroline put me in touch with a broker who arranged property cover at a very reasonable price. I have been so impressed with the whole team and would not hesitate to recommend them. Thank you all.

Overall we were very happy with the service provided to us, we really struggled with our chain of four and we were at the top of the chain due to buying an empty house.
They were chasing twice a day towards the end of the sale, there was good comunitcation regarding the progress and all delays where from the bottom of the chain, so Claire and her team were chasing other agents and solictiors. only one comment would be that two of the people we were dealing with at the branch left during our sale but this wasnt comunicated very clearly so at some point was hard to know who our point of contact was. but only a minor point. other than that very happy! thank you.
