My wife and I initially selected Banbury windows 16 years ago to replace all of the windows and patio door of our 4 bedroom detached home in Bewdley, after researching many local and National companies. We were very impressed with the price, quality and overall service from the company at that time.

Returning to Bewdley after living abroad for a number of years, we purchased another property which required "updating" and had no hesitation to choose Banbury Doors and Windows for replacement of all windows and rear entrance door, after having visited the Long Bank Head office and receiving the same warm welcome from sales staff who really knew their product. On this occasion, we were given a guided tour of their extensive production facilities that start from scratch using bought-in plastic profiles, internal metal strengthening profiles and even the glass! No bought-in 'standard assemblies here!

Following this project, in September 2016 we placed an order for a "3m x 3m conservatory - type extension" with foundations, brickwork, tiled roof, full insulation, electrics and internal plasterwork to extend our dining area. All work was carried out by BDW employees who, again, were courteous, conscientious and very competent. This latter project was also well managed and personally overseen by BDW senior management.

We have no hesitation in recommending Banbury Doors and Windows who will quote a competitive price for supply and installation of high quality products carried out by employees who are courteous, know what they are doing and take a pride in their workmanship.

After being very happy with the door and windows supplied and fitted by Banbury 4 years ago, I had a problem with the door lock last night. I rang Bewdley at 0900 this morning to report the problem, and by 1015 had a perfectly working door with a new lock. This is the best customer service anyone can expect and i thank everyone for a great service.

Received an excellent service from Banbury Windows when they recently undertook some work to our Orangery roof. From start to finish, the service was efficient and professional. Timescales were kept to and the fitter was polite, clean and tidy, ensuring that he left no mess behind. We would certainly recommend Banbury Windows to others.

Dave Hipkiss, from the start was professional and friendly. Never too pushy but also gives a helpful steer when needed. Dave, the surveyor was also very knowledgeable and helpful.
Not a lot of updates in between, but when the fitment day came, Andy Stokes and Darren were great. Skilfully assessed the best method of fitment for my new front door and frame (not the easiest in a house that’s 120 years old) and completed it perfectly. Great blokes. The site was left clean and tidy.

Insulations department has become institutionalised, focused on one-upmanship with customers - vs actually addressing endemic failures within the operation.
If something goes wrong, be prepared for emotionally charged and short shrift calls - and if you prove your case they decline future business.
Shocking in a day and age where customer feedback should be driving the evolution of a business.

In short, this is a dated and tired business model with a toxic ‘take customers for granted’ culture.

BEWARE.
They offer a 10 year guarantee! Only on panels that fail but after 5 years you have to pay for a visit and hourly rate to replace.. I have six panels that have failed after only six years, do you think that after six years this should happen and now I have to pay hundreds of pounds to have them replaced. I also have developed another leak, the fourth one todate and it is looking like I will have to pay to have that fixed. NOT a happy customer.
