I cannot recommend this company and it's staff highly enough?!... Absolutely superb customer cl service from start to finish. They collected my damaged focus, and returned it within two weeks and the finish I cannot fault at all?!

First class service. The customer service was fantastic from start to finish. They went above and beyond to answer my questions and help with an insurance issue I was having following an accident. My car was returned to me as good as new within a week. The pictures speak for them selves (before and after). The courtesy car that they provided was also really nice. Ian Barnes was recommended by a friend of mine who works at Mercedes Main dealer.
Ian answered all my questions and made me feel like i could trust him and his operation.
I decided to have the whole car (2007 Mercedes AMG) resprayed. I was very happy with the results and the quality of the finish and the reconstruction of the car and trim.
I found one small imperfections after going over the whole car with a fine tooth comb, which Ian rectified the following week free of charge.
I have been back twice since for smaller repairs and once for a wheel refurbishment, and been completely satisfied with the results.
A Highly recommended company.

This company completed a rust repair on our campervan in 2020. The problem reappeared and has recently been repaired again with Ian Barnes honouring their unconditional guarantee four years on, even though the causative factor can be traced back to the original maker. Very pleased with the outcome and Ian comes across as a clear and honest communicator who knows his business.

Hopefully I can add photos later. From the start they identified, from a photo, a minor surface bump on the grey bumper strip I didn't see looking directly at it! As it was insurance included that on the repair. Fantastic results - having trouble believing I caused the damage in the first place, their work is so good.
