Our selling process was not straightforward and took much longer than we expected due to the market forces but the whole team at Barons fully supported us throughout a fraught year . Our first buyers dropped out just before exchange and we had to start from scratch . Once the property went straight back up the team went full out to secure us another sale . Louise was hugely experienced in bringing the sale to exchange and managed expectations across all parties .

Horrendous experience with Barons. Failed at due diligence checks, exaggerated the truth when it came to advising us the position of the people who wanted to purchase our house which ended up with the transaction inevitably falling through and costing us money. Failed to take responsibility for anything, the staff in there all had the same attitude and I'd literally never recommend them to anyone. I'm not normally in to writing reviews but this is one that had to be done, if only to save others going through what we have. Would not recommend.

Barons have been superb over the past 5 months, from initially marketing my property to completion. They provided a competitive quote and managed the viewings whilst I was on holiday. Everybody we spoke to was really helpful and polite - buying a first house is a very complicated thing, but they were all happy to advise and help! Great communication too.
