I had an absolutely horrendous experience with Bastion insurance services , and I can't stress enough how much I regret ever dealing with them. They operate like thugs and criminals, scamming people in broad daylight. They’re all about taking your money for policies, but when it comes time to deliver, they dodge responsibility and make up excuses to avoid paying out claims.

What’s worse is their hidden terms and conditions, which they conveniently don’t disclose until it’s too late. Everyone is going to find out the hard way when they try to get what they’re owed and realize how tightly the company has tied their hands to avoid accepting liability.

Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company. Don't waste your hard-earned money on a policy with them. Go to a reputable company that actually cares about its customers. Bastion insurance services is nothing but a scam, and I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone.

Unfortunately I agree with a lot of the reviews as they seem to spend more time on pay out avoidance than they do on helping the customer. My Daughter had her phone stolen from her bag whilst out in London and they refuse to pay unless I can prove the phone is locked. BT immediately registered the phone as lost based on the IMEI number and cancelled the SIM, but they still are arguing about getting proof. This is ridiculous.

Awful, had insurance for over a year that cumulatively cost nearly the same as replacing the entire handset, tried to claim a repair on a broken screen and was told I had an excess of the same amount again, could have bought two handsets for the price of repairing my screen. Absolute cowboys, do not recommend.

If I could put zero I would.
This company is run by complete cowboys. Very happy to take your money but terrible when it comes to making a claim. I am an NHS worker that has been essentially without a mobile for nearly a year. This company has been asking for numerous documents, changing account handlers who then ask for the same documents again and again. Only for nothing to go into fruition. In the process on speaking to a financial ombudsman to be able to investigate further. Absolute criminal behaviour from a sham company trying to pass off as an official insurance firm. Absolute joke.

Can I give no stars!
Our kichen appliences were covered by this company. Our washing machine broke. We reported the issue to the company and heard nothing despite our many phone calls. Eventually after months of complaint and no washing machine we were offered £50. We cancelled our policy but they continued to take payments after cancellation. Please avoid. Go with another insurance company. Read the other poor reviews about this company. I wish we had

Got mobile phone insurance. Provided all the relevant documents. They refused to help. Contacted financial-ombudsman, they have taken my case on. DO NOT TRUST this company.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. Its a scam I've been paying money to this company every month and when I try to contact them because my phone broke you cannot get through. I tried the claim line all different days and times and it keeps saying the office is closed, I've tried ringing customer services the longest I've been kept on hold for is 2 hours I hung up. I've emailed no response. Please don't waste your money!!!!

This is a terrible insurance broker, I we'd not recommend them to anyone, I damaged my phone Fri 5th August 2022, I have phoned them every single day since & after being on hold for over an hour every time, am promised a phone call back to take my excess payment, which surprise surprise still hasn't happened, I am severely disabled in a wheelchair, & my mobile is my only was of calling for help etc, but as screen is damaged its impossible to do but they don't seem to be bothered at all, shame on thaeo th
