Dealing with Kelly reminds me of when customer service use to be a real thing a few decades ago. Easy to deal with, everything done as promised, and sorted a delivery that was fast!

I bought a Bayliner from Bates Wharf in January; what a truly pleasant experience. All the staff are extremely helpful and went out of their way to deal with any issues I brought up. Also chandlery, service and spare parts departments amazing service. I’m just disappointed that buying a boat is a once in a lifetime/blue moon event.
