Avoid this company at all costs. Cancelled policy before inception and they still bill you for cancelling, citing setup costs etc.
Having worked in the insurance industry for 15 years, I have never come across a more deplorable practice.

Don't say you were not warned. Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!!!

Avoid. Do not even bother getting sucked in to their apparent cheaper quotes. You will pay in fees! Even in the 14 day cooling off period. You will pay £125 to cancel, even before the policy is due to start and it states £25 charge. Nope! You'll actually be charged £125! Miserable phone staff too. Sound like they've been threatened with their job if they are nice or react with any sympathy at all to your situation. Joke company. Not sure how its not been shut down or been on Watchdog yet!

Never use this company. They just collect the money, they did't pay anything when I had an accident, did't respond for my email when I complained. Contract says "we'll put a tracker in your car."
The contract unilaterally cancel when they considered that you are "driving fast" and charge you high cancellation fee. Their contract representing only their interests. Intricate, opaque operation, I am happy to get rid of them.

First time I'd used them this year and I'm very disappointed. I had to cancel my Van policy, after only 3 months, as I had sold the vehicle. After such a short time I was expecting some kind of refund, but as they charge £100 cancellation charge, it wiped out my refund completely. One to note not to use for the future.

Horrible scammer, avoid at all cost!! I was new in the UK and didn't knew any better, so I got insurance for my tiny (RH drive GB car) Nissan Micra...they charged me £130/ month (!) for that tiny car and that despite the fact that I am 40 years old (at the time) with 22 years of driving experience. Switched to Admiral after the first year, where I got insurance for £330/ YEAR!
Never looked back...they contacted me and tried to get me back so I told them to get lost...
Again: AVOID AT ALL COST, it's one star for a reason
