Suzanne does an excellent job of making what can sometimes be a quite daunting process, straightforward and stress-free. Communication is excellent and Suzanne was able to keep me updated with the progress of my mortgage application and was always on hand if I had any queries or concerns. She even took time out of a family holiday to contact me with an update on my application! The whole service is very friendly and efficient and nothing seems like too much trouble.
