Death Drivers at Bellrock.
RED traffic lights at Birmingham airport / M42 mean NOTHING to do these drivers!

Not good when you have to disturb neighbouring flats night after night till about 9pm drilling. Also working during the queens funeral whilst people are trying to watch it. Very disrespectful. Van was outside all day,with very loud drilling,also when people tried to ring & complain no one could get through, even to leave an answerphone message.

This company really take the biscuit in poor quality service, to the point where their only 5 * review is by their own chief finance officer Alex rudzinski.
Don’t ever believe that they have requested a call out to your property , always request an immediate call from whoever they ask to visit your premises as if you don’t you will be up all night waiting. They may leave a voicemail or email but it will not be answered until at least the next day! Google you need to check who leaves reviews for this company! Surely your rules don’t allow their executives to review themselves ....

Nhs building. Air conditioning unit reported as not working over 4 months ago. Still not repaired.
2 screws holding toilet to floor came loose, 7 months to repair.

I am both a commercial property owner and the Director / co-owner of a number of companies which rent retail space. People at this company astound with their incompetence and omissions. I have just written to them to ask if their latest mistake --- of many --- is a matter of dishonesty or incompetence, commenting on their culture of "competitive ineptitude." As the son of a chartered surveyor, I find this company an embarrassment.

Some of the staff are really nice. Some are really rude. Their overall modus operandi seems to be to hinder progress, defy common sense and generally over-automate procedure to within an inch of its useful logical purpose.
