Planning docs show that surface water drainage assessment documentation is missing (as of 2nd Dec), and as such local flooding team are yet to assess this.
Also, £385k for cheapest 4 bed is significantly above the average locally.

Extremely poor development. They have already broken numerous planning conditions. Bellways reputation for this and poor quality builds wouldn't fill me with confidence if I was looking to buy.
