Belvoir Christchurch is an agency I most definitely trust, the hard work, understanding, effort and reaction times when there's an issue in the property is fantastic.
It was a great agency change when an ownership change took place and it was a relief that it was them the ones to take charge of the management of the building. Especial thanks to Chris and Verity, they were fantastic and always happy to help.

We have just moved from a tenancy managed by the team at Belvoir, we were there for just under 4 years. I have to say they are not like most estate agents I have come across in my time as a private tenant. I found them to be professional, helpful, honest and easy to communicate with. If I was a landlord I would use them as they always seek the best from both parties to ensure everyone is happy.
They are also sympathetic to us good pet owners in trying to accommodate this need where possible.

One of the worst letting companies/individual - Jeremy Clarke I have ever dealt with. We were tenants at a property for nearly 4 years. We paid our rent every month,everytime they came out to do an inspection on the properties they were never any issues we wer told how well we kept the house clen and tody and een complimented it looked like a show home apart from the damp and mould we had to live with over the last year and a half as the workmen they sent were cowboys and did a poor job not rectifying th issues. We were given 2 months notice to vacate the property due to the landlord wanting to selling their properties due to their age and they were struggling to cope.They robbed us of our deposit and have now put the house back on the market and increased the rent by £395!!! Greedy,lying people. Chris Buse and Verity are a credit to a bad company

We rented through Belvoir for 2 years, during that time we didn't have a single issue, any problems we had Belvoir dealt with quickly and swiftly.

The owner of the property decided to sell in the end, Belvoir kept us up to date and even negotiated a extension so we could sort a replacement house, Jeremy is a credit to Belvoir.

I would recommend them to rent through but also if you have a property to rent to tenants Don't waste time and choose them!

My and my partner rented via Belvoir for 3+ years. Every encounter with them has been pleasant. We only had 4 total issues while renting and all times when I notified them of any issue, they had someone over within 24 hours or the same day to resolve it. Nice people, and we would recommend them to anyone who wishes to rent via them.

Justyn was amazing - he made a fairly complicated sale a lot less stressful and was on hand to answer questions and give advice at the drop of a hat.
