A very positive experience. The property was let within a week and the administration and communication was very efficient throughout. I received feedback on viewings and I was kept up to date throughout the whole process of letting the property. The team are excellent and I would have no hesitation in using Ben Charles again in the future.

Reched out to request a property viewing to be told there was no available slots as they were all booked!? No offer to try another time or when more would be available or even any justification.

Update: After further communication, context and justification were provided and to a high level standard, with further follow ups and offer to assist if any available properties came up.
Has to be noted that the Customer Service has now been great and this needed to be acknowledged - Amazing turn around and very impressed

I can’t praise Emma and Alison highly enough.

I sent an email enquiry at 8.30am, 10 minutes later Emma called, by 1pm Alison visited and appraised my property and within 3 weeks a tenant was spending his first night under a 12 month contract.

The fees we very reasonable but more importantly I trusted the service.

Bought a property that was being sold through Ben Charles who where fab!
Wasn’t a straight forward purchase due to things out of everyone’s control but we got there in the end, Emma and the team where amazing from start to finish. So if your looking to sell or buy a home I would certainly recommend going with these guys!
