I have been using Bentley Heath Post Office for many years now, and I am delighted with the good and efficient service they provide to us customers, and their kindness.
I use them for usual Post Office service, stamps and letters etc, but most of all, since the local banks closed I have found them an invaluable source of cash.

A great local Post Office with friendly staff and plenty of space inside. It sells lots of the things you might need for your parcel (tape, boxes, envelopes etc), plus cards, party goods and quite a few other things. Can be busy but is usually fast moving as the staff know what they're doing.

Dec 2024 - just wanted to update this review to comment on the extra Post Office counter now open at the back of the store. Brilliant move ! Now there are up to 3 counters available at peak times.

This post office fulfills a need for postal and other facilities in Knowle and Dorridge extremely well. It is very well managed, works efficiently and always welcomes its customers. Staff are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful it has successfully ensured post office services, and more recently commercial returns. are processed swiftly. I rely on the Post office to provide weekly banking facilities. So a very gig thank you to all who work there and for ensuring these functions are available in south Solihull and Hockley Heath

My local post office that I visit almost every week with returns and Postal items, I can’t fault the customer service. Super friendly, always helpful and post mistress always has a smile on her face. The chap that works there is always very pleasant and very efficient.
